Filing false disputes through your bank or payment processor to avoid payment obligations will be treated as fraud. In such cases, we reserve the right to:

1. Pursue legal action for damages, including chargeback fees and collection costs.

2. Report fraudulent activity to credit agencies and payment processors.

3. Permanently ban your access to all services offered by Universal Party Freaks.

By subscribing, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the legal and financial consequences of filing false disputes.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must only be made at the end of the subscription period.

• If you cancel your subscription, your account will be immediately terminated, even if the subscription period has not yet been completed.

• This service operates under an automatic billing system, and it is your responsibility to manage subscription cancellations on time.

3. Acceptance of Terms: By continuing to use our services, you agree to all updated terms. If you do not agree, please cancel your subscription and discontinue use immediately.
